I agree to:

1. Set aside a specific time to practice every day;

2. Practice a minimum of 4 days per week;

3. When I practice, I will open up my assignment book and go down this list of items to practice.  I will check off the boxes for each item assigned that day (No back-logging!);

4. (For Elementary Kids):  Ask my mom or dad to sign and verify my checked-off practicing before I come to my lesson.

Tuition:

30-minute lesson = $20

45-minute lesson = $25

60-minute lesson = $30

A $2 discount is given per lesson when multiple children from the same family are registered and current.

Tuition is due within 10 days of receiving an invoice.  A $5 late fee will be added after the 10th day.

Tuition can be paid via cash or check made out to Gina Ray.  Please feel free to also mail a check to the address provided on the invoice.  Mailed checks need to be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the invoice to avoid the $5 late fee.

A $10 no-show fee will be charged if I am not notified prior to the beginning of the scheduled lesson.  I do not require a 24-hour notice --just a simple text or call before the lesson will do.

Recitals:

Our informal Christmas Recital is scheduled for Saturday, December 9, 2023 at my home.  There will be two different recitals that day.  One group at 11am and the other at 1pm.  This recital will be nice-casual dress/business attire --although Christmas attire is especially welcome!

Our formal Spring Recital is scheduled for Friday, April 12, 2024 at Redemption Church in Mesa (1818 E. Southern Ave.) via My First Piano Company.  The recital fee is $25 per family and will be due in March 2024.  Sunday-best dress is encouraged.  Rewards and certificates will be awarded at this recital --even the most coveted "Most Practiced Award"!!
