I agree to:

1. Set aside a specific time to practice every day;

2. Practice a minimum of 4 daysper week;

3. When I practice, I will open up my assignment book and go down this list of items to practice.  I will check off the boxes for each item assigned that day (No back-logging!);

4. (For Elementary Kids):  Ask my mom or dad to sign and verify my checked-off practicing before I come to my lesson.

Tuition:

30-minute lesson = $23

A $2 discount is given per lesson when multiple children from the same family are registered and current.

Tuition is due within 10 days of receiving an invoice.  A $5 late fee will be added after the 10th day.

Tuition can be paid via cash or check made out to Gina Ray.  Please feel free to also mail a check to the address provided on the invoice.

A $23 no-show fee will be charged if I am not notified prior to the beginning of the scheduled lesson.  I do not require a 24-hour notice --just a simple text or call before the lesson will do.

Recitals:

We have two recitals each year:  one in the fall and one in the spring.

The recital fee is $25 per family and will be due one month before the recital.  Sunday-best dress is encouraged at the Spring Recital.  Rewards and certificates will be awarded at this recital --even the most coveted "Most Practiced Award"!!
